This is where we nerd out on our coffee

Our roasting, grinding and packaging facility is world class, FSSC and Organic certified, using the Probat G75 and Probat 120 Drum Roasters with a computerized, profile-based system. This allows us to create customized profiles, flawlessly delivering the flavor designed for the client. All of our testing then takes place in our Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) standard lab with Q Graders, who are globally accredited and certified experts with extensive experience. Once approved, we package the coffee to EU quality standards using Goglios sustainable GStar packaging system and then process it through our FIFO inventory system to ensure our stock is always fresh. In total, our facilities process 5.5 million kgs annually and are able to accommodate any specification. That means any size package, and any roast level. The worlds best coffee, processed in the most equitable way just for you. For the upcoming harvest season, we will be installing a state-of-the-art fully automated Cimbria green coffee processing facility with a capacity to clean 10-tons of coffee per hour. This will complete our integrated coffee processing system as a full-service cleaning, roasting, grinding and packaging facility ...we warned you were nerds when it comes to coffee!
